Youth Pastor Ron joined the staff of MBC in the summer of 2003. He was hired to oversee the Junior, & Senior High School groups and give direction to the College and Career department. Bro. Ron is married to Amy and they have two children, Daniel who is six years old and Josiah who is 18 months. Ron and Amy both attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. Ron graduated from BBC in May of 2003 with a B.A. in Bible and Youth. He was ordained by Memorial Baptist Church on March 30th, 2008. Pastor Ron grew up on the mission field in Brazil. His parents where second generation missionaries who served the Lord for many years in Brazil. Now he has the opportunity to lead missions trips there. This is Ron’s first full time ministry and He has started in great fashion. The Youth, known as the "T.R.U.T.H. TEAM", have a Wednesday night Bible study ("Diggin- In") under his direction. The Youth have been challenged to read, apply and bring their Bible so that they can grow in the Lord. The Youth also have consistent activities and a full time couple they can count on no matter what. MBC is excited for the growth and future of our youth. |
