Matthew 21:1-17.<\/p>\n
Jesus once again fulfills prophesy as He enters Jerusalem.\u00a0 The crowd yells \u2018Hosanna\u2019, which means save us now.\u00a0 This triumphal entrance into the city will soon be drowned out by crucify him!\u00a0 What will make this change?\u00a0 The change from worship to worry comes from a misunderstanding of scripture and a false view of God.\u00a0 \u201cMost people run from a god that doesn\u2019t exist.\u00a0 For one reason or another, their perception of God doesn\u2019t match up with reality. They are rejecting a god they created rather than the true God who created them.\u201d Kyle Idleman in his book \u201cAHA: The God Moment That Changes Everything\u201d;\u00a0 We need to make sure our view of God is one built on the truth, all of the truths, found in God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n
Well right after Jesus shows up in the Temple, He cleanses the Temple.\u00a0 I am always amazed how many believe if God showed up in our services with full power it will be a victory service of supernatural praise.\u00a0 I am afraid when God shows up there will first be a cleansing as we weep before Him because of our disobedience and sinful behaviors.\u00a0 We may just get mad at God as the Temple keepers did.<\/p>\n
