\"bible\"<\/a>Jesus heals everyone and gave His twelve apostles power to preach, and to heal everyone.\u00a0 The healings gave legitimacy to Christ, it showed His power.\u00a0 I know we want all of this to happen today, but there is nowhere in scripture that indicates this will happen.\u00a0 I know the verse that comes to mind your mind, where Jesus said greater works we should do.\u00a0 Jesus did not give specific meaning to what those greater works will be.\u00a0 I do believe God can and does heal, but the works was a sign, today the greater work we can have is a true and deeper relationship with God.\u00a0 Through the Holy Spirit in our lives today God does a work.\u00a0 The Spirit moves in our lives for His glory and for the advancement of His Kingdom and church.\u00a0 Today, you and I can have a relationship with the full God-head.\u00a0 As you read about all the works Christ did in the first century don\u2019t lose sight of verse 35, where Christ said we are His family if we do the will of God.\u00a0 There is no greater work than to be part of God\u2019s Kingdom during this period called the Church age.\u00a0 This morning, even though it is\u00a0<\/span>1:10am<\/span><\/span>, God is up and I can read His Word, Hear His voice and I can be before His throne.\u00a0 Prior to the cross and the blood of Christ this would not have been possible.\u00a0 But today I am a child of God, and I am able to have this wonderful awe filled walk with the creator of the universe.\u00a0 I am and you can be this greater work!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"excerpt","protected":false},"author":1167,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"episode_type":"","audio_file":"","cover_image":"","cover_image_id":"","duration":"","filesize":"","date_recorded":"","explicit":"","block":"","itunes_episode_number":"","itunes_title":"","itunes_season_number":"","itunes_episode_type":"","filesize_raw":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2421","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-bible-reading"],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"jetpack_likes_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2421","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1167"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=2421"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2421\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2422,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2421\/revisions\/2422"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=2421"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=2421"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"http:\/\/mbcnewhaven.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=2421"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
