We do see in our human state we are lower than the angels but as heirs we are not.<\/p>\n

\"Hebrews\"<\/a>The power of death was destroyed by the death of Christ.\u00a0 Satan who had the power of death, or caused fear to come upon people by the prospect of death, lost his power.\u00a0 The fear of dying was removed by Jesus Christ!\u00a0 Today as an heir of Christ we should have no uncertainty concerning death.\u00a0 When we die we will be greeted and taken into heaven. We will spend eternity with our Lord.\u00a0 To be absent from this body is to be present with our Lord.\u00a0 Death has an uncertain time but it will come.\u00a0 The older you get the more you realize the appointed time is running out of dates on your calendar.\u00a0 When you\u2019re young, death is for later.\u00a0 In reality we do not know when, but it is coming. \u00a0However, as a child of God we should not worry.\u00a0 Those of us who are born again have our names written down in God\u2019s reservation book called the book of life.\u00a0 We have been promised heaven by God who cannot lie.\u00a0 We have been sealed by the Spirit of God to keep us until the day of redemption.\u00a0 Yes death is coming but death has lost its sting and as it could not contain our Savior, death cannot hold you and me, for we are redeemed.<\/p>\n
