How does one write a thought on this the Olivet Discourse\u201d?\u00a0 We will not answer all the questions but hopefully encourage us to share Christ as we anticipate the rapture of His Church.\u00a0 The chapter starts with Christ prophetically telling of the destruction of the Temple.\u00a0 The Temple was destroyed as Christ said in 70AD.\u00a0 The real trouble with the statement was the apostle\u2019s theology.\u00a0 How can this be destroyed and Christ rule now?\u00a0 This compelled them to ask the question what are the signs of your coming?<\/p>\n
These signs are signs for the second coming of Christ which happens at the end of the tribulation.\u00a0 The Scripture talks about a taking away, which we call the rapture, that takes place prior to the second coming where Christ comes to reign and rule.\u00a0 The rapture is the taking away of the church where Christ does not return but meets us in the air.\u00a0 Read 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 & 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 concerning the catching away of the church.\u00a0 This needs no signs!\u00a0 It can happen any moment!<\/p>\n
Any signs are for the second coming and not the rapture, the cool thing is this.\u00a0 When the Christmas items are in the store we know Thanksgiving is even closer!\u00a0 So rejoice that whatever signs you see are for the second coming but the rapture is even closer.<\/p>\n
