\"Hebrews\"<\/a>This is called the faith chapter.\u00a0 I want to encourage you to read this chapter today and over the weekend.\u00a0 I also want to challenge you to pick one of the stories of faith and read them in context from the Old Testament.<\/p>\n

Faith is such an important part of our faith.\u00a0 In verse 6 we are told that without faith we cannot please God.\u00a0 Faith is taking what God has said in His Word and accepting it as truth.\u00a0 Faith also goes deeper and applies what God has said to our lives.\u00a0 Faith changes us so that our actions are formed by scripture and we do not change regardless of what we see or experience.\u00a0 For we know that God will sustain us and lead us into ways that are more beneficial to His work and His glory.<\/p>\n

As we live out faith we find our actions being accepted by God and our ways being blessed by God.\u00a0 Enoch walk by such great faith that his relationship deepened with God so much that God took Enoch to glory to be with Him.\u00a0 Noah by faith built the ark and was saved from destruction.\u00a0 Some died, some lived, but by faith they all glorified God and reached their heavenly home.<\/p>\n

Live by faith!
