\"Exodus-2\"<\/a>Wow, what an awesome statement in the opening verse: \u201cNow you will see what I will do\u201d.\u00a0 Moses gets a front road seat to the work and power of God.\u00a0 Moses stepped out believing God\u2019s word, which is faith, and now God is going to do a great work.<\/p>\n

God introduces himself under a new name for Moses.\u00a0 Abraham received God\u2019s name in Genesis as El Shaddai or the Almighty God.\u00a0 Now God allows Moses to see another name of God which is Jehovah.\u00a0 God is introducing himself \u201cas the absolute Being working with unbounded freedom in the performance of His promises.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Jehovah- the existing one.\u00a0 God is going to work in His promised covenant with Israel.\u00a0 Not only is God the Almighty one, but the self-existing one that can work all things out for His glory and His purpose.<\/p>\n
