\"Exodus-2\"<\/a>After the death of the first born Egyptians, God leads the Children of Israel out of Egypt.\u00a0 They were commanded to remember what God has done.\u00a0 They were told to celebrate every year so that their children would remember what God has done.\u00a0 They were also encouraged that God was going to give them a good land flowing with milk and honey.\u00a0 So the people of God had to remember what God did, and what God has promised to do.<\/p>\n
