1\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Paul, an\u00a0apostle\u2014not from men nor through man, but\u00a0through Jesus Christ and God the Father,\u00a0who raised him from the dead\u2014\u00a0<\/span>2\u00a0<\/span><\/b>and all\u00a0the brothers[<\/span>a<\/span><\/a>]\u00a0who are with me,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To\u00a0the churches of Galatia:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Grace to you and peace\u00a0from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ,\u00a0<\/span>4\u00a0<\/span><\/b>who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present\u00a0evil age, according to the will of\u00a0our God and Father,\u00a0<\/span>5\u00a0<\/span><\/b>to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He starts a letter off sharing the Gospel. This is all Paul cared about. He wanted to see people come to know Jesus. \u00a0I pray I can be a spiral giant like Paul.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

No Other Gospel<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThroughout the epistle Paul points the Galatians to the centrality of the cross. He cannot wait to make this plain, and we find a reference to it in his very first sentence.\u201d (Morris)<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6\u00a0<\/span><\/b>I am astonished that you are\u00a0so quickly deserting\u00a0him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to\u00a0a different gospel\u2014\u00a0<\/span>7\u00a0<\/span><\/b>not that there is another one, but\u00a0there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ.\u00a0<\/span>8\u00a0<\/span><\/b>But even if we or\u00a0an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the <\/span>one<\/span> we preached to you,\u00a0let him be accursed.\u00a0<\/span>9\u00a0<\/span><\/b>As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received,\u00a0let him be accursed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We live in a world that will always try to share <\/span><\/b>fale<\/span><\/b> teachings with us <\/span><\/b>believers<\/span><\/b>. We <\/span><\/b>have to<\/span><\/b> have trust in the real Gospel and let God deal with the false teachings.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

10\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying\u00a0to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a\u00a0servant[<\/span>b<\/span><\/a>]\u00a0of Christ.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul Called by God<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

11\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For\u00a0I would have you know, brothers, that\u00a0the gospel that was preached by me is not man’s gospel.[<\/span>c<\/span><\/a>]\u00a0<\/span>12\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it\u00a0through a revelation of Jesus Christ.\u00a0<\/span>13\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For you have heard of\u00a0my former life in Judaism, how\u00a0I persecuted the church of God violently and tried to destroy it.\u00a0<\/span>14\u00a0<\/span><\/b>And I was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my own age among my people, so extremely\u00a0zealous was I for\u00a0the traditions of my fathers.\u00a0<\/span>15\u00a0<\/span><\/b>But when he\u00a0who had set me apart\u00a0before I was born,[<\/span>d<\/span><\/a>]\u00a0and who\u00a0called me by his grace,\u00a0<\/span>16\u00a0<\/span><\/b>was pleased to reveal his Son to[<\/span>e<\/span><\/a>]me, in order\u00a0that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with anyone;[<\/span>f<\/span><\/a>]\u00a0<\/span>17\u00a0<\/span><\/b>nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia, and returned again to Damascus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

18\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Then\u00a0after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Cephas and remained with him fifteen days.\u00a0<\/span>19\u00a0<\/span><\/b>But I saw none of the other apostles except James\u00a0the Lord’s brother.\u00a0<\/span>20\u00a0<\/span><\/b>(In what I am writing to you,\u00a0before God, I do not lie!)\u00a0<\/span>21\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.\u00a0<\/span>22\u00a0<\/span><\/b>And I was still unknown in person to\u00a0the churches of Judea that are in Christ.<\/span>23\u00a0<\/span><\/b>They only were hearing it said, \u201cHe who used to persecute us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>24\u00a0<\/span><\/b>And they glorified God because of me.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I love how Paul would share the Gospel with everybody then follow it up with his testimony.
