Praise His Holy Name this morning for He is worthy of praise. We serve, honor, praise, glorify, magnify, lift up, celebrate, and live for the true and living God. Celebrate this morning that you know Him, and shout this morning because He knows you!
I want you to see the phrase in verse 9, “I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt.” What a wonderful picture of God’s sovereignty and grace. Here they are like us in the world (Egypt is a picture of the world) and God takes our hand and leads us out. God is not just holding his hand out and saying hold on, God calls us to hold are hand out and He holds on. John 10:28 &29 “neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” Today, walk with your Lord and your heavenly Father who holds your hand.
When our children where little their mom and I would walk with them, each of us holding on to their hands. The one who was in the middle of both their mom and dad would lift their feet up and want us to lift them into the air. They enjoyed it knowing that we were holding onto their hands. Lift your feet of faith church, The Lord and the Father are holding our hands. Let them take you to new heights outside of the cares of this world, into the spiritual world where we walk in the Spirit.
