We see the destruction of people who do not have the seal of God on their forehead. At this point I am so thankful for the rapture of the church and that we are in heaven with Christ. I see such a sad response to the wrath of God in verse 20, “yet repented not of the works of their hands”. The people still stay in their idolatry, their immorality, their murders and stealing. The world does not recognize that this is the chastisement of God. Today we cannot believe any wickedness is a tool used by the hand of a loving God. When there is any trouble in our lives we pray for deliverance and never look to see if there needs to be repentance. God shows us our sins as He allows the troubles of this world to bring us back to God. The devil may be behind some of the devastation but God is permitting him and using him for His purpose.
Today we are free to serve and worship the true and living God. Today we must evaluate our life and surrender any sinful ways to the Savior.
