Jesus is coming back! We are to live ready for Christ’ return. In and through the power of God’s Spirit I want to live with my focus towards heaven. The balance between my future home and my earthly home becomes difficult. I love things here and I need to live my earthly life out to glorify God. However, I must not put all of my focus on these temporary events of short term happiness. I also should not overlook these moments God has given to bless me here in His work. So I live in anticipation of the life to come with joy in the life God has given, rejoicing in Him and enjoying Him down here. I will never stop looking for His return. Rejoice in our hope to come and in God’s best here.
