Jesus is alive! Celebrate this weekend that Jesus not only died for your sins but is alive. To follow a living God is the greatest privilege we have as believers. Jesus demonstrated that He was alive by showing Himself before many witnesses for 40 days. Then Christ sent us out and ascended to heaven. Today the living God desiring to take part in every aspect of our lives. God wants to work through the Holy Spirit in our lives, as we looked on Wednesday night concerning faith. Faith is taking what God has said and believing it to be a better way to live than one’s own way. God wants to advance His work as He uses us as His body. God does not need us, but He chooses to use us. God gives us opportunity to be part of His eternal plan. Jesus is alive and with you today. Enjoy this great day with the King of Kings.
With this chapter we close out reading all of the New Testament. We will not put out any daily readings through the end of November. Lord willing we will start back with Genesis on December 1st. We hope these little thoughts have been helpful and that God has encouraged you. Most of all we hope you were strengthened in and through His Word.
