Jacob is directed to go back to his family’s homeland. Before Jacob leaves, God works in a way to give Jacob the wealth he needs to prosper back in the land. Do we really believe God is the one who gives favor in relationships? Do we believe God is the one who gives us financial blessings? God should therefore be glorified for our employment blessings, and for our financial blessings. When we are convinced that God is the resource of our blessings it will become easier to give our tithes and offerings each Sunday. God may move us from place to place for his designed purpose, and plan to bring forth His work and His glory. Never lose sight that as believers we have a wonderful opportunity to join God in His work and in fellowship with Him each and every day.
God is doing something today to prepare us for tomorrow, for God has seen tomorrow, and He knows what we need.
