What do you think about trusting the Lord? The Children of Israel had no food, which is another basic need. They are in a desert place, and there is not much food available for so many people. God feeds them with Manna. I find it interesting that God did not give Manna until they sought the Lord for His provisions. In the book of James we are told we have not because we ask not. I do not think the Children would have recognized this as a work of God if they were not placed in the position to rely on God. Why do we wait to ask God? We will trust our own strength, and efforts before we finally surrender our abilities to God. Every day for the next 40 years they will find Manna to get them through their day.
God wants to provide for our needs as we journey with Him. You and I can trust the Lord as we serve Him by faith. Seek the Lord, and ask Him for all things as you walk by the Spirit.
