The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord. God is directing the countries and He has it all under control. This is not a call to passiveness for we always vote, push and behave in the way God instructs us. However it is a call to be at peace, prophecy is being fulfilled. Yes, there will be a falling away from the faith as a one world government and faith is created. No, this does not mean we give in to it. We are called to be the faithful few that stand regardless of persecution and the falling away. It may look like we are moving out of control but the King of Kings is on His throne and will bring judgment as God sets up His Kingdom. As a faithful Christian you are on the winning side.
God desires to use you! How wonderful that we can choose by the power of God’s Spirit to be on the side of the faithful or to surrender to the ways of the world and be judged. I fully understand it is all by grace and it takes the Spirit to produce new life. However, from our perspective we must make a choice to put on salvation and the new man created in Christ Jesus. Today I want to choose Jesus, and I pray tomorrow I wake up and once again choose Jesus. I know, Mr. Theologian, that I am positionally secured and right by the blood of Christ!
